Comprised of one representative from each of the sub-associations whose responsibility is the oversight of its designated property. The Mirador Master Association is not directly involved in the operations, nor bears any responsibility for the opertations or management of individual sub-associations.
The Gym located at 1000 West Avenue, and the parking facility located at 1125 West Avenue are the property of the Mirador Master Association. The Gym is operated by a private entity, while the parking facility is operated by the Mirador Master Association and managed by FirstService Residential.
